You are conscious the whole time.
You will not say or do anything you wouldn’t normally do in your wide awake state.
Hypnosis is a common state of mind. You get into hypnosis in different points of your day like driving, day dreaming, watching a movie and this is what we call a trance like state.
First Sessions Expectation:
During the first session, we will explore your suggestibility level (or how you learn) to increase awareness of yourself and for future sessions.
